MARKETING COORDINATOR

Employment type: Part-time, 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday & Friday)

Destination Perth is seeking an organised, proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to provide administrative support across our campaign, content and destination development activities.

Working three days per week, this is a varied, hands-on role with a particular focus on supporting the delivery of bespoke marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with the Marketing & Partnerships Lead and Campaign Manager to coordinate client deliverables, photoshoots, invoicing, campaign reporting and website updates, while also providing support across social media video content creation.

The role would be perfect for someone who is highly organised and enjoys a vibrant and fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

Bespoke Campaign Coordination

- Manage invoicing for all bespoke campaigns, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Coordinate scheduling for content shoots delivered as part of bespoke campaigns.
- Support the Campaign Manager with reporting across all bespoke campaigns.
- Assist the Campaign Manager with website content updates for bespoke campaigns, including interactive maps, blogs and other campaign content.
- Help coordinate overall campaign deliverables, timelines and administrative requirements to support the smooth delivery of bespoke campaigns.

Social Media & PR Support

- Manage and respond to PR press releases and content requests,



coordinating with relevant team members.
- Support the Content Coordinator on video content shoots, as required.
- Assist with coordinating content, assets and information required for PR activities, including LinkedIn content.

Administrative Support

- Provide administrative support to the Tourism Trade & Development Lead, including preparation and maintenance of assets for trade events, and post-event follow-up.
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing & Partnerships Lead and assist with general marketing administration across the team.

About You You are a highly organised and agile coordinator who enjoys working across a variety of projects and supporting a busy team. You have a strong attention to detail and can confidently manage competing priorities.

You’ll ideally bring

- Previous experience in a marketing or communications role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple activities, deadlines and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong attention to detail.
- Confidence communicating professionally with clients and external stakeholders.
- Strong social media skills and confidence learning new digital platforms and systems.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a broader team.
- Proactive and flexible approach, with a willingness to assist wherever required.
- Experience updating website content through a CMS is advantageous.
