About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Officer to develop and implement marketing activities that support the company’s business growth, brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional programs aligned with the company’s business objectives and construction services.
- Conduct market research and analyse customer needs, construction industry trends, competitor activity and market opportunities.
- Identify and develop marketing opportunities for the company’s residential construction, renovation, extension, carpentry and timber framing services.
- Plan and coordinate advertising and promotional campaigns targeting homeowners, builders, contractors and other relevant customers.
- Manage website, social media and digital marketing activities, including SEO and online advertising, to increase brand visibility and generate enquiries.
- Develop and coordinate marketing content including project showcases, construction project case studies, website content, social media content and promotional materials.
- Monitor marketing campaigns, website performance, customer enquiries, leads and engagement,



and prepare reports and insights for management.
- Assist with Google Ads, email marketing, lead generation and other digital marketing initiatives.
- Maintain consistent branding and marketing messaging across all channels and promotional activities.
- Liaise with external marketing, design, photography and digital service providers as required.

Skills & Experience

- Minimum 2 years’ relevant marketing or closely related experience.
- Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Practical knowledge of digital marketing, social media, SEO and online advertising.
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics or similar platforms.
- Strong market research, competitor analysis and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience creating website and social media marketing content.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple marketing activities.
- Construction, building or property industry experience will be highly regarded.

What We Offer

- Full-time position, 38 hours per week.
- Salary of $80,000–$90,000 + superannuation, depending on skills and experience.
- Chance to contribute to the marketing and growth of an established construction business.
