About the Role:

As Marketing Officer – Precinct Experiences, you’ll help bring EGC’s arts and cultural programs to life through coordinated, audience-focused marketing.

Working with the Marketing Manager and broader Marketing team, you’ll support campaigns across HOTA and the wider precinct, coordinating everything from timelines and creative assets to listings, approvals and suppliers.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, proactive and keen to build their marketing career in a creative and fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

- Support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across arts, culture and precinct experiences.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, approvals, listings and key deliverables.
- Coordinate creative briefs, marketing materials and campaign updates across relevant channels.
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, media partners and agencies to keep campaigns moving.
- Support social media, content and digital marketing activity.
- Maintain campaign calendars, marketing assets and records.
- Assist with campaign reporting, purchase orders and invoices.
- Provide broader marketing and team support as required.

What You’ll Bring:

- A degree in Marketing,



Business or a related discipline. New graduates and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply.
- An interest in marketing, communications, arts, culture or events.
- Some experience in marketing or communications through work, internships, placements or university projects.
- Strong organisation, communication and attention to detail.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to learn.
- Confidence using digital tools and learning new systems. Experience with Monday.com or similar tools will be highly regarded.
