We are looking for a commercially minded and creative Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving digital marketing initiatives, community engagement, product promotion, strategic partnerships and brand growth across Australia and key international markets.

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, delivering and optimising marketing campaigns that support business growth, customer engagement and brand awareness.

This is a hands-on role that combines strategy, execution and analysis. You'll work closely with internal teams, distributors, agencies, clinicians and industry partners to deliver impactful marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business growth objectives.

· Manage and optimise digital marketing channels and customer engagement initiatives.

· Create and coordinate engaging content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.

· Support PR activities, media campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, distributors, influencers and strategic partners.

· Coordinate product launches, trade shows, educational events and training activities.





· Monitor campaign performance and deliver insights and recommendations through regular reporting.

· Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activity to identify current opportunities.

· Support affiliate programs, social communities and brand advocacy initiatives.

· Collaborate with creative teams and external agencies to ensure high-quality, on-brand marketing execution.

About You

You are a proactive marketer who enjoys balancing creativity with commercial outcomes. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of your work and enjoy working across multiple projects and markets.

You will bring:

· Experience in marketing within medical devices, skincare, aesthetics, healthcare or a related industry.

· Strong digital marketing and social media expertise.

· Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms and campaign analytics.

· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

· Strong copywriting and content development capability.

· Experience delivering successful campaigns that drive engagement and business growth.

· A data-driven approach with the ability to interpret results and make recommendations.

· Strong organisational and project management skills.

· A collaborative mindset and positive, solutions-focused attitude.
