MTP Services is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to establish an integrated program scheduling and resource management capability for a high-profile Federal Government security program.
This is broader than a traditional scheduling role. You will design and implement a sustainable planning framework covering project delivery, maintenance and operational activities, then transition the capability to Program and Project Managers.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an integrated, resource-loaded master schedule.
- Establish resource planning, forecasting and allocation processes.
- Build resource registers, capacity models and demand forecasts.
- Model delivery scenarios and identify resource constraints and bottlenecks.
- Provide executive reporting and recommendations to support prioritisation.
- Develop scheduling governance, procedures,
guidance and training.
- Deliver a comprehensive handover to internal program teams.
Required experience
- Extensive experience establishing complex master schedules for large programs.
- Advanced Microsoft Project or equivalent enterprise scheduling expertise.
- Robust resource management, workforce planning and capacity analysis experience.
- Demonstrated scenario modelling and analytical capability.
- Experience working with specialist technical resources in regulated environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and executive reporting skills.
- Active NV2 security clearance.
