MC Driver - Local Perth Work | Double Trailer Operations Protech is seeking an experienced MC Driver for ongoing local haulage work across the Perth metropolitan area. This role involves operating double trailer combinations between connected worksites and requires a solid commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
Work Locations The successful candidate will be required to work across the following connected sites:
- Hazelmere Transport Depot
- Tipper Truck & Dog work across a Quarry network

- Local Perth-based work
- Operating double trailer combinations
- Ongoing work with immediate start available
- Safe and compliant transport of quarry and related materials
- Pre-start inspections and vehicle safety checks
Essential Requirements
- Current MC Driver's Licence
- Minimum 2 years' MC driving experience
- Experience operating double trailer combinations
- Ability to successfully complete a Verification of Competency (VOC) assessment, including:
- Reversing a trailer combination safely
- Trailer coupling and uncoupling procedures
- Tug testing procedures
- Verification of trailer pin lock engagement
- Strong understanding of transport safety and fatigue management
Mandatory Pre-Employment Requirements Applicants must hold or be able to provide:
- Current Commercial Driver's Medical
- Current Driver's Licence
- WorkSafe Online Fatigue Training certificate (issued within the last 12 months)
- Drug & Alcohol test completed the day prior to commencement
