About the role

We are seeking a Qualified Mechanic / Service Technician to join our growing dealership in Leongatha.

This is a hands-on role involving the servicing, repair, and assembly of a wide range of agricultural machinery. You will work both in the workshop and out in the field, supporting our customers and ensuring high standards of workmanship and service.

Key responsibilities: About You

- Service, repair, and maintain agricultural machinery including tractors, balers, mowers, and spray units
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults efficiently
- Carry out pre-delivery builds of new equipment
- Provide onsite repairs and build strong customer relationships




- Maintain compliance with workplace safety standards
- Support and mentor apprentices within the workshop
- Participate in training and development opportunities
- Assist with overtime and participate in on-call rosters during peak season

About You

- Qualified Mechanic with strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship
- Solid problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Motivated to learn and grow within the industry

Essential skills:

- Qualified Mechanic
- Manual Drivers license

Desirable requirements:

- Previous experience with Agricultural machinery highly regarded
- Forklift License preferred but not essential
- MR Truck license an advantage
