- Deliver compelling, accessible and impactful communications across multiple channels
- Build awareness of the TIO's services and influence across the sector





We're looking for a strategic communications leader who combines strong media and stakeholder engagement experience with excellent judgement, a collaborative leadership style and a passion for transparent, audience-focused communication. At the TIO, we help consumers and small businesses resolve complaints fairly and use our insights to drive improvement across the communications industry.
