The Role

As a Media Implementation Manager, you'll take ownership of the setup, optimisation and performance of Paid Search campaigns across one of our major clients. Working closely with client teams, media partners and performance specialists, you'll drive campaign success through strategic recommendations, bid management and ongoing optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimise Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads and other search platforms.
- Execute campaign builds, audience targeting, keyword strategy and ad implementation.
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and ROI.
- Manage bidding strategies, pacing and budgets to maximise performance against client objectives.
- Analyse search trends, competitor activity and market insights to inform optimisation strategies.
- Deliver actionable recommendations based on campaign data and performance insights.





About You

- 3-5 years' experience in Paid Search / SEM , preferably within a media agency.
- Solid hands-on experience with Google Ads campaign management and optimisation.
- Experience managing campaign budgets, bidding strategies and performance targets.
- Comfortable analysing data and uncovering actionable insights.
- Experience using platforms such as Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, SA360 or similar.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution and measurement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
