Stirling GP is looking for a happy, reliable and enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team on a casual basis.

We’re a busy, established GP practice in the beautiful Adelaide Hills, and we believe that looking after our patients starts with having a great team behind them.

What will you be doing?

- ? Welcoming patients and making them feel at ease
- ☎️ Answering phones and helping patients with their enquiries
- ? Booking and managing appointments
- ? Processing payments and Medicare transactions
- ? Using our practice management and computer systems
- ? Managing referrals, correspondence and patient records
- ? Working alongside our fantastic doctors, nurses and admin team
- ✨ Keeping things organised when the day gets busy
- ☕ And generally helping keep the practice running smoothly!

About YOU

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a friendly and positive personality
- Loves chatting with people and making them feel welcome
- Is organised, reliable and able to juggle a few things at once
- Has excellent communication skills
- Can stay calm when the phones are ringing and the waiting room is busy!
- Has a caring and compassionate approach




- Is confident with computers and happy to learn new systems
- Can work independently but also enjoys being part of a team
- Brings a little energy, personality and fun to the workplace

Medical reception experience is definitely a bonus, but it’s not everything. If you have fantastic customer service skills, a great attitude and are keen to learn, we’d love to meet you.
