Join Our Friendly & Growing Specialist Orthopaedic Practice

Orthocentre is a leading specialist private practice comprising six orthopaedic surgeons, providing exceptional care in sports injuries, fracture management and joint replacement surgery.

We are seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist to join our busy and growing practice.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is friendly, enthusiastic and eager to build a career in medical administration. No previous medical reception experience is essential — we are looking for the right person with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine passion for providing outstanding patient care. Full training and support will be provided to the right candidate

About the Role:

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a warm and welcoming experience. Working alongside our friendly and supportive team, your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and assisting patients at the front desk
- Answering phone calls and responding to email enquiries
- Booking and managing patient appointments
- Coordinating theatre lists and hospital admissions
- Liaising with patients, hospitals and our specialist surgeons
- Providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the practice




- Building positive relationships with patients and our medical team

Hours

Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm

Friday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
