About the Role
Take ownership of a hospital-focused territory across a South Brisbane territory. You'll work closely with specialists and key healthcare stakeholders, delivering meaningful scientific and commercial conversations while driving growth across an expanding cardiometabolic portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a strategic territory business plan
- Building long-term relationships with hospital specialists and key stakeholders
- Identifying recent opportunities and expanding customer engagement across the territory
- Delivering impactful clinical and commercial discussions aligned to customer needs
- Monitoring market activity and adapting strategies to maximise growth
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared business objectives
- Maintaining accurate reporting and compliant ways of working
About You
You are a motivated, commercially minded sales professional who thrives in a relationship-driven environment and enjoys navigating complex healthcare systems.
You'll bring:
- 3+ years' experience in pharmaceutical sales (hospital/specialist sales experience preferred)
- Strong territory management and business planning skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing abilities
- A proactive, resilient and curious mindset
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory
- Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship
