Andersen is a creative, social, and digital agency working with global leaders and ambitious brands across retail, lifestyle, auto and hospitality. We're growing, and we're looking for a sharp account operator to own a portfolio of our retainer clients.

THE ROLE

n

As Account Manager you'll own a portfolio of retainer clients end to end — the person they call, and the person accountable for the work landing. You'll run the day-to-day, shape the thinking, and keep content, social and paid moving in the same direction. It suits someone who can chair a client meeting in the morning and be in Ads Manager in the afternoon, and who's genuinely interested in both halves of that.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own the day-to-day relationship across your accounts — the trusted point of contact, and the internal owner of their results.

- Run content and social delivery with our in-house creative and production team: briefs, feedback, approvals, calendars, launches.

- Manage paid media across Meta, TikTok and Google — building, optimising and reporting, or working closely with our performance team where scale demands it.

- Turn client goals into quarterly plans and make sure every piece of work ladders back to them.

- Own the numbers your clients care about, and report them in plain language.
n
- Manage scopes and budgets, spot where accounts should grow, and flag it early.
n
- Keep accounts on time, on budget and on brand.

ABOUT YOU

n

n
- 3+ years in account management at a creative, social, content or digital agency.
n
- You've held client relationships yourself, not sat behind someone who did.
n
- Hands-on paid media experience across at least two of Meta, TikTok and Google.
n
- Strong creative judgement — you can tell good work from safe work and give feedback that improves it.
n
- Commercially aware: scopes, hours, budgets, and when a request is out of scope.
n
- Organised under load, with several accounts and multiple deadlines live at once.
n
- A calm, explicit communicator with clients and internally.
