Job Description

Join a major digital transformation program and play a key role in delivering and optimising Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant with a strong background in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and CRM solution delivery.

Working closely with business and technical teams, you will translate business requirements into functional solutions, support implementation activities, and help drive continuous improvement across CRM capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, document, and prioritise requirements
n
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to understand current and future-state business processes
n
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and solution designs
n
- Design and configure Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligned to business objectives and platform capabilities
n
- Configure CRM components including entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules, and security roles
n
- Collaborate with developers and technical teams to support integrations and solution delivery
n
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and implementation activities
n
- Assist with data migration, testing, release planning, and deployment activities
n
- Develop training materials and provide support to end users
n
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and CRM optimisation
n

Essential Skills & Experience

n

n
- Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects
n
- Experience working as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant or Business Analyst
n




- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM modules such as Customer Service, Sales, or Marketing
n
- Experience translating complex business processes into practical CRM solutions
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
n
- Excellent requirements gathering and documentation capabilities
n
- Experience producing business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and user stories
n
- Experience supporting UAT, testing, and implementation delivery
n
- Ability to effectively liaise with both business and technical stakeholders
n

Highly Regarded

n

- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
n
- Exposure to Azure integrations, APIs, and connected systems
n
- Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments
n
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
n
