In this role, you'll:

- You will provide project and administrative support across a nominated team, ensuring effective delivery of project activities, reporting, documentation and operations.

- You will coordinate information, records, purchasing and project administration activities in a complex infrastructure environment to support timely project outcomes.

- You will maintain accurate project documentation and financial administration processes to support business performance and customer-focused outcomes.

- Demonstrated experience performing administrative or project support tasks, with strong document management, reporting and stakeholder support capabilities.

- You're recognized as organized and customer-focused, skilled at prioritizing competing demands while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

- You bring experience in project administration and operational support to achieve effective team performance and project delivery outcomes.

This role requires you to be based in Grafton and operates under a hybrid working arrangement, with a minimum of three days per week in the office.
