- Cleaning windows, pictures, doorknobs, taps, sinks, drinking fountains, lavatory basins, glassware, glass doors and cupboards.
n
- Cleaning and sanitising toilet facilities and sick bays.
n
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment.
n
- Cobweb and mildew control, utilising extendable equipment as necessary.
n
- Cleaning of concrete, bitumen, asphalt and paved surfaces.

What are the key responsibilities for the role?

- Cleaning: Clean classrooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, and common areas regularly to maintain a hygienic environment.
n
- Waste Management: Empty bins, dispose of trash, and ensure proper recycling practices.
n
- Health & Safety: Follow cleaning protocols to ensure a safe environment for students and staff.
n
- Supplies Management: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, report shortages to the Facilities Officer.
n
- Special Cleaning Tasks: Assist with deep cleaning during school breaks or after events.
n
- Communication: Report any maintenance issues (e.g., broken equipment) to the BM.
n
