- Enterprise Applications Lead
- Position Summary
- The Enterprise Applications Lead is accountable for the end-to-end management, governance, support, enhancement, and continuous improvement of a portfolio of enterprise business applications supporting Finance, HR, Collaboration, Quality, Aged Care Community functions.
- The role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, application vendors, managed service providers, and internal technology teams to ensure application stability, service excellence, regulatory compliance, and business value realization.
- Key Responsibilities
- Service Delivery & Operational Governance
- Own end-to-end service delivery across the enterprise application portfolio.
- Ensure application availability, performance, reliability, and user satisfaction.
- Manage incident, service request, problem, change, and release processes aligned with ITIL practices.
- Lead major incident resolution and business-critical application recoveries.
- Establish service health dashboards and operational reporting.
- Application Lifecycle Management
- Govern application roadmaps, upgrades, patching, vendor releases, and technical debt management.
- Drive application rationalization, modernization, and optimization initiatives.
- Ensure lifecycle compliance from onboarding through retirement.
- Vendor & Third-Party Management
- Manage relationships with application vendors and managed service providers.
- Monitor contractual obligations, SLAs, KPIs, and support performance.
- Laise with SIAM for vendor performance reviews and escalation management.

- Change, Release & Enhancement Management
- Oversee application enhancements through Agile ways of working.
- Coordinate testing, UAT, deployment planning, and release governance.
- Ensure successful delivery of business improvement initiatives.
- Compliance, Audit & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.




- Support internal and external audit activities.
- Maintain risk registers and remediation plans.
- Drive security and access governance across enterprise platforms.
- Continuous Service Improvement
- Identify automation and optimization opportunities.
- Lead cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Utilize platform analytics to improve user adoption and business outcomes.
- Team Leadership
- Lead application support teams, analysts, vendors, and SMEs.
- Provide technical and functional leadership across the portfolio.
- Develop support capability, documentation standards, and operational maturity.
- Possess strong communication skill

- Required Skills & Experience
- Essential Experience
- 12 years of enterprise application management experience.
- 5 years leading enterprise application portfolios.
- Experience managing SaaS and COTS business applications.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience working with multi-tiered and distributed architectural landscapes.
- Experience working with offshore and distributed support teams.
- Experience leading application transitions and service stabilization programs.
- Strong ITIL experience with preferred exposure in Service Now.
