ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join our Design team on a 12-month maternity leave contract. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role suited to a designer with strong digital design craft who enjoys bringing established creative direction to life across multiple customer touchpoints.





Working within an established brand identity and creative direction, you’ll be responsible for delivering polished, on-brand creative across CRM, paid digital and social, ensuring work is accurate, consistent and delivered at pace.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Designing and rolling out CRM and email creative
- Producing static and digital assets for paid media
- Creating and adapting assets for organic social
- Resizing, versioning and localising approved creative across formats and channels
- Translating established campaign direction into consistent channel executions
- Working within existing brand guidelines, templates and design systems
- Preparing artwork and final files to a high production standard
- Managing multiple briefs and deadlines across a fast-paced weekly workflow
- Responding to feedback accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining strong attention to typography, layout, hierarchy and brand consistency
- Collaborating closely with designers, copywriters, marketers and channel stakeholders

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING

- Approximately 3-5 years’ experience in graphic or digital design
- Strong experience designing for CRM, paid digital and social
- Excellent typography, layout and composition skills
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Experience working in Figma or similar collaborative design platforms
- Confidence working within an established brand system and creative direction
- Strong production and artwork skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
- A collaborative, organised and solutions-focused approach
- High attention to detail and consistency
- Experience within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, retail or e-commerce is highly regarded.
