About Us
Green Wings Migration is a well-established migration agency in Perth known for delivering exceptional visa and migration services to individuals and businesses across Australia. We are now seeking an experienced Migration Assistant to join our growing team.
The Role
As a Migration Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our registered migration agents and ensuring the smooth management of client cases. You’ll be responsible for:
- Preparing, organizing, and maintaining client files and visa applications
- Liaising with clients to gather required documentation and information
- Communicating with internal teams to ensure cases progress efficiently
- Supporting migration agents with administrative and case management tasks
Requirements
- Previous experience working in migration services (Bonus)
- Understanding of visa processes and document management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Perth-based (WA residency required)
- Must hold a valid visa with full working rights
- Remote work is not available for this position
- Bonus: Proficiency in Chinese, French, Spanish, Indian or Italian
