The team consists of MARA-registered agents, Migration Lawyers, and Education Consultants who provide tailored guidance for a wide range of migration and education needs. The firm is committed to helping clients identify the most suitable pathways to achieve their goals in Australia.

Core objectives include:

· Conducting consultation with international students to provide appropriate suggestion regarding studying Australia;

· Assisting clients with school/university applications, offer letters, confirmation of enrolment (CoE), and enrolment procedures;

· Assisting clients in preparing documents for Australian Student Visa applications;

· Corresponding with potential students and institutions with regards to applications;

· In collaboration with education provider to organize online or offline event and maintain good relationship with relevant institutions;

· Handling queries via phone, email, and general correspondences, filing and archiving files, etc;

· Responsible for consulting and marketing with potential clients for various service needs;

· Cooperating with visa assistant to manage visa application, and meet deadlines;





· Keeping up to date with policy, regulation, and industry changes, and provide internal trainings;

· Providing accurate information to prospective clients and Assist clients to achieve their desired visa outcomes The above list is not exhaustive and the role may change to meet the overall objectives of the company. Fulfil other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested/required.

Qualifications

· Bachelor degree or above in marketing, management or is well regarded (Australian Qualification preferred)

· Hold a Qualified Education Agent Counsellor (QEAC) license

Experience

· Previous sales or marketing related experience in Education or legal industry

· Customer service experience
