About the Role
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented candidates to conduct a residential bin audit across the Kununurra area. The role involves driving a company Ute throughout residential streets and recording the number and type of waste bins located at each property.
Duties:
- Drive a company ute safely throughout designated residential areas.
- Count and record bins located at residential properties.
- Capture accurate data using provided forms or electronic devices.
- Follow designated routes and schedules.
- Report any discrepancies or unusual findings.
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations.
Requirements
- Current unrestricted C Class Driver's Licence.
- Confident driving a utility vehicle in residential and regional areas.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to accurately record information.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
- Basic technology skills for data recording (tablet or smartphone).
Ideal candidate
Previous experience in field-based, auditing, surveying, delivery, meter reading, council, waste, or utility work.
Familiarity with Kununurra and surrounding residential areas.
Comfortable working outdoors and walking short distances as required.
- 38 hour days, 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday
- $38.84 per hour
- C Class Drivers Licence
