We support the delivery of person-centred, connected healthcare through the development and adoption of digital health services and systems. Our opportunities
We're looking for experienced and forward-thinking leaders to join our Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO). We have multiple Assistant Director opportunities available across Portfolio Governance & Assurance, Portfolio Prioritisation & Planning, and Portfolio Management Tools & Support.
Which Opportunity is Right for You?
Assistant Director, Portfolio Governance & Assurance In this role, you'll provide expert guidance on governance, assurance, risk and quality management, helping to ensure projects and programs are set up for success. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll lead assurance activities, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to stronger delivery outcomes across the portfolio.
Desirable experience includes
- Portfolio governance, assurance or PMO functions
- Risk management, compliance and quality assurance
- Project and program delivery oversight
- Continuous improvement and organisational capability development
Assistant Director, Portfolio Prioritisation & Planning In this role, you'll lead portfolio planning, prioritisation and performance reporting activities,
providing valuable insights that support investment decisions, resource allocation and delivery planning. You'll work with a range of stakeholders to analyse complex information, identify emerging trends and risks, and provide explicit, meaningful reporting to senior leaders.
Desirable experience includes
- Portfolio planning and prioritisation
- Performance reporting, analytics and portfolio monitoring
- Financial management, forecasting and expenditure analysis
- Executive reporting and strategic decision support
Assistant Director, Portfolio Management Tools & Support In this role, you'll lead the ongoing management and improvement of the organisation's Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools and supporting processes. Working collaboratively with stakeholders, you'll identify opportunities to improve capability, streamline processes and introduce innovative solutions that support effective portfolio management and reporting.
Desirable experience includes
- Portfolio or project management systems and tools
- Business process improvement and operational efficiency
- Technology implementation, enhancement and optimisation
- Stakeholder engagement, business analysis and requirements gathering
