Crescendo Music is a busy music retail store and music academy based in Myaree. We sell musical instruments, accessories, sheet music, and online orders across Australia, while also running a large music lesson program upstairs.

We are looking for a reliable and organised person to join our team in a full-time operations role. This position is a mix of stock control, deliveries, product handling, basic admin, and computer-based work. It is a hands-on role, but not a heavy warehouse-only position.

About the Role

This role helps keep the store running smoothly behind the scenes. You will be involved in receiving stock, checking invoices, moving products to the right place, helping maintain accurate stock levels, and assisting with online store updates.

The ideal person is organised, practical, comfortable using computers, and happy to be hands-on with stock when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties may include

- Receiving deliveries and checking stock as it arrives
- Monitoring stock going in and out of the building
- Matching received items against supplier invoices
- Labelling, tagging, pricing, and organising products
- Moving stock between the storeroom, shop floor, and upstairs areas
- Helping keep storage and stock areas tidy and organised
- Assisting with stock adjustments and inventory checks
- Basic administrative emails to suppliers or customers
- Assisting with website product updates and online store information
- Supporting the retail and online orders team when required

About You We are looking for someone who is:

- Organised and reliable




- Comfortable using computers
- Able to write clear and polite emails
- Positive with details and following processes
- Physically able to lift boxes and move stock safely
- Willing to learn about musical instruments and products
- Able to work independently once trained
- Happy to help across different areas of the business

You do not need to be a warehouse expert. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys being organised, likes variety in their work, and is comfortable with both hands-on and computer-based tasks.
