We are looking for Experienced Plant Operators to join our crew for upcoming Civil/Infrastructure projects. We value precision, machine care, and a proactive approach to site safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Precision Operation: Expertly operate a range of heavy plant, including Excavators (20t–50t), Dozers (D7–D11), Graders (Final Trim), and Loaders.
- Site Excellence: Execute bulk earthworks, detailed excavations. Final trim to GPS specifications is highly regarded.
- Maintenance: Conduct thorough daily pre-start inspections and basic preventative maintenance to ensure zero downtime.
- Safety Leadership: Lead by example in WHS practices, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

What You Bring:

- Proven Track Record: Experience in heavy plant operation within civil or mining environments.
- Coded Tickets: Nationally recognised RII tickets for multiple machines (e.g., RIIMPO320F for Excavators).
- Certifications: Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations (RII30820)

- Compliance: Current HR/HC Licence, White Card, and the ability to pass a full pre-employment medical.
