Laura N Maxxi Nails & Beauty is a professional nail and beauty salon located on Chapel Street,

South Yarra. We provide a wide range of beauty services, with a strong focus on professional nail care and eyelash treatments. We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Beauty

Therapist to join our friendly team on a full-time basis.

About the Role The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high-quality beauty treatments to clients, with a strong focus on nail care and eyelash services.

Key duties include

 Providing professional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, acrylic nails,

BIAB/Builder Gel, SNS, nail extensions, refills, repairs, and nail art.

 Providing professional eyelash services, including eyelash extensions, Russian Volume and Wispy styles, lash refills, removal, lash lifts, and tinting.

 Consulting with clients to assess their nail and eyelash needs and recommending suitable treatments, products, and aftercare.

 Maintaining high standards of hygiene by cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilising tools,

equipment, and treatment areas.

 Managing client bookings, responding to enquiries, processing payments, and delivering high-quality customer service.

 Building and maintaining positive client relationships and ensuring satisfaction with treatments provided.

 Monitoring and organising nail, eyelash, and beauty products, tools,



and salon supplies.

 Assisting with the training and support of new or junior staff.

 Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the salon.

About You The successful applicant will have:

 Relevant qualification in Beauty Therapy, Nail Technology or a related field.

 At least 1 year of relevant work experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar salon role. Strong experience in skilled nail treatments, particularly nail extensions and detailed nail art.

 Experience in eyelash extensions, including volume and refill techniques.

 Strong knowledge of nail and eyelash treatments and salon hygiene procedures.

 Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality treatments.

 Strong communication and customer service skills.

 A professional, friendly and well-presented manner.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Good time management skills and the ability to work efficiently without compromising quality.

 Experience with POS and booking systems will be highly regarded.
