An exciting temp-to-perm opportunity is available for a qualified Naturopath to join a well-established Australian organisation within the natural health and complementary medicines industry. This is a diverse role for someone passionate about natural health, vitamins, minerals, herbal medicines and consumer education who is looking to use their naturopathic knowledge within a broader commercial environment.

The position combines consumer support, technical product knowledge, research, product development, content and education, working closely with Marketing, Product Management, Regulatory Affairs, Trade Marketing and Sales.

The Role

- Provide naturopathic and product advice to consumers across phone, email, chatbot and social media
- Develop strong product knowledge across vitamins, minerals, herbal supplements and complementary medicines
- Support new product development through research into ingredients, benefits, indications and evidence
- Research current ingredients, competitor products and emerging market trends
- Assist with identifying new product opportunities and improvements to existing products
- Prepare and maintain fact sheets, technical information, evidence summaries and product content
- Support Marketing and Product teams with accurate, consumer-friendly technical content




- Assist with product claims and ensure recommendations comply with TGA and company guidelines
- Deliver product knowledge and technical training to internal teams and external stakeholders
- Translate complex scientific and technical information into clear, easy-to-understand content
- Support consumer enquiries, complaints and adverse reaction reporting where required.

About You

- A recognised qualification in Naturopathy or a closely related complementary medicine discipline is essential
- Experience within Naturopathy, complementary medicine, consumer health, research, technical writing or product support
- Strong knowledge of vitamins, minerals, herbal medicines and complementary health products
- Ability to interpret scientific and traditional evidence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research skills and attention to detail
- Ability to translate technical information into clear and engaging consumer-friendly content
- Working knowledge of TGA requirements and the Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code would be highly regarded
- Proactive, organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Comfortable working Monday to Friday from the Eastern Creek office.
