At PhysioFit SWS, we’re looking for a friendly and motivated New Graduate Physiotherapist to join our team.
We’ve been caring for the South-West Sydney community for more than 30 years, and we’re proud to have built a workplace where clinicians can learn, ask questions, develop their skills and enjoy being part of the team.
You won’t be expected to know everything on Day 1.
We’ll support you as you build your confidence and gradually develop your own caseload.
What your first year with us looks like
You’ll work with a varied private-practice caseload including:
Your diary and appointment times will be structured around your experience, with additional support while you’re finding your feet.

Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Enjoys working with people
- Communicates well
- Is comfortable asking questions
- Has an interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy
- Enjoys exercise rehabilitation
- Wants to keep developing clinically
- Values being part of a supportive team
Experience in Pilates, exercise rehabilitation or hydrotherapy is great, although it’s certainly not essential. We can help you learn.
Essential requirements
Applicants must hold, or be eligible to commence with:
- General AHPRA Registration as a Physiotherapist
- Current Australian working rights
Please note that PhysioFit SWS is unable to provide visa sponsorship. We are also unable to provide supervised-practice arrangements for applicants requiring Limited AHPRA Registration.
