You'll be involved in all aspects of our retail areas. This role would suit someone who genuinely enjoys people, has an eye for beautiful things and loves creating a welcoming shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Helping customers find the perfect plants, pots, gifts and garden products
- Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service
- Merchandising and creating beautiful displays
- Replenishing stock and keeping the shop looking fresh and inviting
- Processing sales and using our point-of-sale system
- Assisting with seasonal displays and promotions
- Keeping the retail areas clean, organised and looking their best
- Working as part of our small, friendly team
About you
- Loves plants, gardens, interiors or beautiful homewares
- Has a natural ability to connect with customers
- Is enthusiastic,
reliable and well presented
- Has an eye for detail and enjoys creating attractive displays
- Is happy to be hands-on and involved in all areas of the business
- Can work independently but also enjoys being part of a team
- Retail experience preferred, but the right attitude is just as significant as experience
