About the role

As an Occupational Therapist with BodyRight Healthcare, you’ll provide practical, person-centred support to NDIS participants in their homes and communities across Melbourne. You’ll have the flexibility to shape your caseload around your experience, clinical interests, preferred locations and availability. Your work may include:

- Functional Capacity Assessments
- Home and living assessments
- Assistive technology assessments and recommendations
- Home modification assessments and recommendations
- Activities of daily living assessments
- Developing practical strategies that improve independence and participation
- Preparing explicit, high-quality reports and recommendations
- Collaborating with participants, families, support coordinators and other health professionals

You’ll work independently in the community while having an experienced and approachable team behind you for clinical guidance, administration and day-to-day support.

About you

You are an Occupational Therapist who enjoys building positive relationships and delivering practical support that makes a meaningful difference in people’s everyday lives.

You’ll need

- A relevant Occupational Therapy qualification
- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Working with Children Check, where applicable
- Current Police Check
- Current First Aid and CPR
- A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication, assessment and report-writing skills
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a supportive team
- A practical, organised and person-centred approach
