Hope Physio is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. If you’re passionate about delivering high‑quality, client‑centred care across Melbourne, this role offers flexibility, robust clinical support, and meaningful impact.

About the Role

You will provide assessment and intervention for clients funded through NDIS, Medicare, and Home Care Packages, working across both community and clinic‑based settings. This role suits an OT who enjoys autonomy, variety, and building strong relationships with clients and families.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver functional capacity assessments, home assessments, and tailored intervention plans
- Provide therapy to NDIS, Medicare, and HCP clients across Melbourne
- Support clients to build independence in daily living, mobility, and meaningful activities
- Complete high‑quality clinical documentation, reports, and progress notes
- Work collaboratively with physiotherapists, speech therapists, support coordinators, and external stakeholders
- Travel to community visits as required
- Contribute to service development and continuous improvement

About You





- Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Experience working with NDIS, Medicare, and Home Care Package clients
- Strong understanding of functional assessments and assistive technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a supportive team
- Current driver licence
- WWCC and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
