CleanSubSea Operations Pty Ltd is an Australian marine technology and manufacturing company specialising in advanced hull cleaning and environmental solutions for the maritime industry. The company designs, manufactures and supports innovative equipment and systems that improve operational efficiency while reducing environmental impact. The Company is currently commercialising its Envirocart Gen3 platform and associated marine technology products for domestic and international market.

The Office Administrator is responsible for supporting the smooth operation of the office through a variety of administrative and facilities-related tasks.

Facilities

· Liaise with landlord and sub-contractors for inspections and repairs

· Assist in managing cleaning services

· Ensure staff canteen consumables are stocked

Travel

· Book flights, accommodation and car rentals for staff

Office Administration

· Ensure administrative activities comply with relevant laws and regulations

· Assist with maintenance and replacement of office equipment and furniture

· Purchase and manage office supplies and work uniforms

· Assist with document control activities

· Maintain the legal register

Receptionist

· Answer and transfer incoming calls (VoIP answering system)

· Handle incoming correspondence

· Welcome visitors to the office

Business Development





· Provide administrative / logistical support on an ad-hoc basis with the COO’s approval (i.e. this should not include author responsibility for work which has a material effect on the business)

Health & Safety

· Assist with purchase and management of PPE

· Act as first responder in the event of an injury (training will be provided)

Social

· Help coordinate team building activities

· Arrange outside catering services

Personal Assistant

Provide ad-hoc support to the MD, COO and Senior Leadership Team as directed by the COO

Educational Background and Qualified experience

· Certificate III or IV in Business Administration or a degree in a related field

· Formal qualifications in Business Administration will be considered as an advantage

· Previous office administration or customer service experience is required

· Intermediate computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)

· Good communication and organisational skills.

· Experience in Manufacturing / Engineering environments are an advantage

Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
