Mine and Tunnel Ventilation are currently seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, and motivated Office Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in an office environment and develop valuable administrative skills.

The primary duties and responsibilities include (but not limited to) the following:

· General office support including filing, printing and data entry

· Answering phones and directing calls

· Greeting clients and visitors

· Keeping supplies stocked

· Providing support to other team members as required

Required Skills/Experience/Attributes:

· Friendly and approachable with a can-do attitude

· Willing to learn and take direction

· Strong attention to detail

· Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred)

· Good communication and organisational skills
