About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused Office Cleaner to help keep Hismile HQ clean, organised and looking its best. This is a part-time role working Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 2:00pm, finishing between approximately 6:00pm and 7:00pm depending on the cleaning requirements for the day.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining a consistently high standard of cleanliness across our large corporate HQ, including office workspaces, bathrooms and showers, meeting rooms, common areas, gym, wellness spaces and other shared facilities.

This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail and is comfortable working independently to ensure every area of the office is left clean, tidy and presentable.

Key Responsibilities

1. General Office Cleaning

- Vacuum, sweep and mop floors throughout the office.
- Empty bins and replace bin liners across desks, offices, meeting rooms and shared spaces.
- Dust and wipe down windowsills, railings, skirting boards and other surfaces.
- Clean glass doors,



windows and other high-visibility glass surfaces.
- Keep meeting rooms and common areas clean, tidy and presentable.
- Ensure furniture and shared spaces are returned to a neat and organised state after cleaning.

2. Bathroom & Amenities Cleaning

- Thoroughly clean and sanitise bathrooms, toilets, basins, mirrors, showers and floors.
- Regularly check and replenish toilet paper, hand towels, soap and bathroom amenities.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues, damage, leaks, mould or areas requiring additional attention.
- Ensure bathrooms are left clean, fresh, fully stocked and ready for use.

3. Gym, Wellness & Shared Spaces

- Clean and wipe down gym equipment and high-touch surfaces.
- Vacuum gym and wellness areas and clean mirrors where required.
- Keep products, equipment and shared items neatly organised.
- Maintain a high standard of presentation throughout communal areas.

4. Cleaning Supplies & Organisation

- All cleaning equipment, products and supplies required for the role will be provided by Hismile.
- Keep cleaning equipment and the cleaning storage area tidy, stocked and organised.
- Monitor cleaning products and consumables and notify the appropriate team member when supplies are running low.
- Safely handle, dilute and refill cleaning products as required, following all relevant instructions and safety procedures.
- Ensure cleaning equipment is properly stored and maintained after use.

5. Safety & Workplace Standards





- Follow all cleaning, chemical handling and workplace health and safety procedures.
- Use appropriate PPE and signage when required.
- Keep walkways, emergency exits and access points transparent.
- Identify and report maintenance issues, damage, hazards or areas requiring additional attention.
- Take ownership of ensuring all areas are left clean, tidy and presentable after each clean.

- Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in maintaining a clean space.
- Is reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
- Is proactive and notices the small things that need attention.
- Can manage their time effectively and work through a structured cleaning schedule.
- Is comfortable completing physical cleaning tasks throughout a large office environment.
- Is comfortable safely handling cleaning products and following workplace safety procedures.
- Is consistently available Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 2:00pm until approximately 6:00pm–7:00pm.
- Previous commercial, office or professional cleaning experience is preferred, but not essential.
