The Prospect

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of Delta Electronics Australia's Sydney office and support our ANZ business. Reporting to leadership, this role is responsible for creating a professional, efficient and engaging workplace while overseeing facilities, administration, executive support, vendor management, travel coordination and employee experience initiatives. As the central coordination point for the business, you will partner closely with leadership and employees to ensure operational excellence, workplace compliance and a positive team culture that supports our continued growth.

What You'll Do

- Lead office operations, administration and workplace experience across the Sydney office.
- Manage facilities, building services, contractors and workplace improvement initiatives.
- Provide executive support to senior leadership, including meeting coordination, reporting and travel management.
- Oversee office budgets, purchasing, vendors, contracts and cost control activities.
- Coordinate workplace health, safety and compliance requirements.
- Support employee onboarding, engagement initiatives and workplace culture programs.
- Manage corporate events, customer visits, town halls and executive meetings.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for employees and visitors.
- Partner with cross-functional teams across HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Service.
- Support administrative and operational initiatives across Australia and New Zealand.

Required Experience

- 5+ years' experience in Office Management, Workplace Operations or Business Administration.
- Experience supporting senior executives and leadership teams.
- Strong facilities, vendor and office budget management experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience coordinating events, travel and workplace initiatives.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills and strong communication capabilities.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Human Resources, Facilities Management or a related field.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Ability to work from our Sydney office and travel occasionally when required.

The Opportunity

- Support workplace health, safety, emergency preparedness and compliance requirements.
- Monitor office budgets, expenditure and identify cost optimisation opportunities.
- Support employee onboarding, workplace engagement and employee experience initiatives.
- Partner with HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Service teams on business initiatives.




- Provide administrative and operational support across Australia and New Zealand as required.

Required Experience

- Minimum 5 years' experience in Office Management, Workplace Operations, Business Administration or a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience managing office facilities, suppliers, contractors and service providers.
- Experience supporting senior executives and leadership teams.
- Strong organisational and project coordination capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience coordinating travel, events, workplace initiatives and business operations.
- Financial administration, budgeting and cost control experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.

Desirable

- Experience within a multinational or fast-growing corporate environment.
- Exposure to facilities management, workplace projects or office relocations.
- Experience supporting employee engagement, wellbeing or culture initiatives.
- Previous responsibility for vendor negotiations and contract administration.
- Experience supporting multiple office locations across ANZ.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Human Resources, Facilities Management or a related discipline.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Ability to work from our Sydney office on a full-time basis.
- Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.
