Continue your career at The Star Gold Coast as the Onboarding & Probity Coordinator, where you will support with the administration function within our People & Culture team. This role is responsible for conducting and completing probity checks for current team members, new starters, internal transfers, and contractors, ensuring all screenings are carried out accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with organisational standards. They will maintain and reconcile Excel-based records and spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity while proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies or anomalies.
