We’re looking for a highly organised, analytical, and solutions-focused Operations Analyst to support business operations, process improvement, reporting, and data-driven decision-making. This role is ideal for an early-career skilled who enjoys analysing operational performance, identifying inefficiencies, improving processes, and working collaboratively across teams.

? Key Responsibilities

- Analyse operational processes, workflows, and business performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collect, organise, and analyse operational and business data
- Prepare regular operational reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), service levels, productivity, and operational metrics
- Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Support the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives
- Assist with forecasting, capacity planning, resource allocation, and operational planning
- Conduct root-cause analysis to investigate operational issues and recommend solutions
- Maintain and improve operational procedures, workflows, and documentation
- Collaborate with finance, sales, customer service, technology, product, and other business teams
- Support projects involving systems, processes, automation, and operational efficiency
- Assist with testing and implementation of new processes, systems, and operational solutions
- Track project and operational performance and communicate key findings to stakeholders
- Ensure operational data is accurate, complete, and up to date




- Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required
- Stay informed about operational best practices, technology, and process improvement methodologies

✅ Requirements
- Entry-Level / Junior / Associate level, with 0–3+ years of experience
- Internships, graduate experience, academic projects, or relevant practical experience are welcome
- Degree or relevant studies in Business, Business Analytics, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field is advantageous
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to analyse data and identify trends, issues, and opportunities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English
- Based in Australia with full working rights in Australia
