Operations Coordinator

BMR | Osborne Park, WA | Permanent Full-Time The role

We're looking for an Operations Coordinator to step into a busy, growing operations team. You'll provide solid administration support across onboarding, compliance, project scheduling, mobilisation and equipment coordination. This role suits a confident, capable administrator who brings real initiative.

What you'll own

- Onboarding new employees, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Keeping compliance on track: medicals, AODs, training, POs, VOCs, inductions
- Coordinating project mobilisation: scheduling, flights, site compliance, equipment and timesheeting
- Managing equipment purchasing, hire and supplier relationships
- Maintaining databases and ensuring all systems reflect accurately
- Being a pivotal internal liaison between key business stakeholders

What you'll bring

- A solid administration background supporting connected business functions

- Genuine attention to detail
- Great communication skills, liaising confidently with clients, employees, and suppliers at all levels
- Strong understanding of mobilisation, compliance, and site access requirements




- Confidence using workforce planning systems and Microsoft Office - experience with ERMS, INX, SuccessFactors, SAP, OPMS or IFS will be highly regarded
- Ability to solve problems and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A no-fuss, proactive attitude
