Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Operations / Service Delivery Lead to oversee day-to-day operational activities, coordinate service delivery, manage escalations and ensure the availability and reliability of critical services.

The role will act as a central coordination point across technical teams, management and key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, prioritisation and alignment of resources. The successful candidate will also support service improvement initiatives, incident investigations and operational risk management.

Key Responsibilities





- Lead and coordinate day-to-day operational activities to ensure the availability and reliability of critical services.
- Provide advice and guidance on service availability, operational planning and continuous improvement.
- Monitor service performance and investigate incidents or breaches of agreed service levels, coordinating appropriate remedial actions.
- Manage escalations and coordinate responses across relevant technical and business teams.
- Coordinate priorities, schedules and resources to support effective operational delivery.
- Ensure management and leadership teams have the information required to support operational activities and process changes.
- Lead and facilitate investigations into significant service incidents and operational issues.
- Engage and collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, including senior management and technical teams.
- Communicate priorities, risks, issues and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Build stakeholder alignment and gain agreement on proposed actions, conclusions and recommendations.
- Support the ongoing improvement of operational processes, service management practices and governance.
