AAA Industrial Services is a Queensland-based industrial services company delivering high-pressure water blasting, vacuum truck operations, NDD, civil works, construction and building maintenance, emergency response and project services across South East Queensland.

Our work spans a range of environments including aviation, infrastructure, manufacturing, food and beverage, construction and large-scale industrial sites.

Due to ongoing and upcoming project demands, we are looking for reliable, safety-focused Labourers and Operators to join our team.

About the Role

These positions are based from our Brisbane Airport operations, with work undertaken across a range of project sites throughout Southeast Queensland.

The work can vary from day to day and may include:

- High-pressure water blasting
- Industrial vacuum, NDD and heavy vacuum work
- Concrete cutting, formwork and minor concrete works
- Civil and earthworks activities
- Working around and operating excavators, long-reach excavators, loaders and tippers
- Demolition, plumbing, roofing, carpentry and general building maintenance
- Working in and around confined spaces
- Working at heights
- Operating forklifts and other equipment where appropriately licensed
- Supporting large factory maintenance shutdowns and project works
- Assisting emergency response crews and large-scale emergency clean-ups
- Working alongside emergency services on live roads, factories, airport runways and other critical environments
- Maintaining a clean, safe and compliant work environment

Essential Requirements

- Current White Card
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual work
- Robust awareness of workplace safety
- Ability to meet the requirements of safety-critical work environments

Licences and experience will be considered based on the individual role and project requirements. Highly Regarded The following are highly regarded, but are not necessarily required for every position:

- Experience in industrial cleaning or water blasting
- Experience in civil, construction, shutdown or similar environments
- HR, Tipper, Excavator or other relevant tickets
- Manual Driver's Licence
- Confined Space and/or Working at Heights tickets




- Forklift or other relevant equipment licences
- Experience operating plant and equipment

Important Our work is varied and can be physically demanding.

Some projects involve working at heights, operating equipment, working around heavy machinery and working in safety-critical environments.

The successful candidates must be willing to follow workplace safety procedures, take direction and maintain a professional approach on client sites.

Flexibility is important. Depending on project requirements, work may include longer weeks, weekends, night shifts and changing start/finish times.
