Raycol Engineering is a proudly Western Australian manufacturer based in Geraldton, specialising in high-quality aftermarket air seeder components for the agricultural industry. Established in 1975, we manufacture and supply a wide range of agricultural components to customers throughout Australia, with a strong focus on durable stainless-steel products designed to withstand demanding agricultural conditions.

We are looking for a reliable and organised Order Fulfilment & Inventory Coordinator to join our team and take responsibility for the preparation, quality checking and despatch of customer orders, as well as assisting with stock and order management.

About the Role

This is a hands-on and varied position that plays an key part in ensuring our customers receive the right products, in the right condition and on time. Working closely with our office and manufacturing teams, you will coordinate customer orders as they move through the final stages of production and despatch.

The role combines order fulfilment, packing and freight, quality control, stock management and order management.

Your responsibilities will include

· Picking and preparing products to fulfil customer orders

· Packing customer orders safely and appropriately for transport

· Organising and coordinating freight and despatch

· Checking orders prior to despatch to ensure the correct products, quantities and specifications are supplied

· Performing quality control checks on completed products

· Monitoring customer orders and their progress through to completion and despatch

· Liaising with the manufacturing and office teams regarding order priorities and product availability

· Receiving and checking incoming stock and components

· Maintaining organised stock and despatch areas

· Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing freight as required

· Identifying opportunities to improve stock control, order fulfilment and despatch processes





· Assisting with other general duties as required in a busy manufacturing environment

About You

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of accuracy and attention to detail. The successful applicant will ideally have:

· Strong organisational and time-management skills

· Excellent attention to detail

· A reliable and positive approach to work

· The ability to take ownership of customer orders and follow them through to completion

· Good computer skills and the ability to work with order and inventory management systems

· The ability to communicate effectively with both office and manufacturing staff

· A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to assist where required

· The ability to prioritise work during busy periods

· A strong focus on quality and customer service

· An understanding of safe manual handling and workplace safety

Previous experience in order fulfilment, despatch, inventory control, manufacturing, stores or a similar role would be highly regarded.

Experience in or knowledge of the agricultural industry, agricultural machinery or farming would be a significant advantage, particularly familiarity with air seeders and seeding equipment.

Forklift Licence

A current forklift licence would be advantageous but is not essential. For the right applicant, Raycol Engineering can assist with obtaining a forklift licence.
