Seeking an experienced OSHC Coordinator to lead an innovative program and help create safe, inclusive and engaging experiences for children and young people with disability.
About the Role
Working 0.8 FTE, with hours across After Care (3pm-6pm) and Vacation Care (9am-5pm), you will:
- Lead, mentor and support the OSHC team
- Develop engaging programs aligned with My Time, Our Place and the NQF
- Oversee compliance, rostering, enrolments and daily operations
- Build strong relationships with families and schools
- Drive quality improvement and a positive team culture
About You
You'll have
- A Diploma-level or higher qualification recognised by ACECQA
- Leadership experience in OSHC, education, early childhood or disability
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Child Safe Standards
- Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills
- A genuine commitment to supporting children and young people with disability
