Who we are
Injury Active Clinic isn't your typical clinic. We're allied health and a rehabilitation gym under one roof, based across Ravenhall (our flagship) and Altona, inside Movement Culture.
We're not into outdated "rest it and see" advice, scary scan reports, or telling people their joints are "bone on bone." We find the actual cause, treat it properly, and build the strength that keeps it from coming back, using real evidence, objective strength testing, and a rehab gym on site, not a photocopied exercise sheet and a "good luck." If a patient can walk straight from treatment into structured strength training in the same building, on the same day, that's how it should work everywhere. That's how we work.
We're a young, driven team who actually like training ourselves, invest properly in professional development, and treat this like a craft worth getting better at, not just a job.
The role
We're after an AHPRA-registered osteopath to join in a blended role between Altona and Ravenhall.
Altona's a newer clinic for us, and this role is genuinely about building it, not just filling a diary. You'll be treating patients,
but you'll also be out there getting to know the trainers and members at Movement Culture, building relationships with local GPs, and becoming a familiar face in the area.
Ravenhall is our flagship hub. You'll be carrying out gym medicals and seeing patients for injury management.

- Someone who's genuinely up for meeting people and building relationships, not just clinical skill, this role needs both
- A team player, we work as one crew, not separate practitioners sharing a roof
- Grads and experienced osteos both welcome, fit matters more than years in
