We are looking for a motivated and reliable Painting Supervisor/Foreman to join our team.

This role requires someone with strong leadership skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to manage teams, and confidence in working with builders and site managers to keep projects running smoothly.

You must have

- Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory/foreman role
- Robust painting background
- Experience managing painting teams on site
- Ability to read plans and follow the project programme

In this role, you’ll oversee painting crews, manage site progress, ensure quality control, and communicate directly with the builder. You'll be a key part of delivering high-quality commercial projects across Sydney. Pay: $45.00 – $55.00 per hour

Experience

- Painting: 3 years (Preferred)
- Painting Supervisor: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:
- White Card (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:
- Australia (Required)
