- Parramatta – Hybrid working arrangement
- Temporary – Full-Time (35 HPW)
- Clerk Grade 3/4, base salary ($87,199 - $95,482), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

Your role Provide legal, administrative, and clerical support while delivering high-quality client service in a professional, timely, and efficient manner.

What you’ll do

- Provide high-quality legal, administrative, and clerical support to the team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
- Manage incoming calls and enquiries professionally, delivering exceptional client service and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Coordinate diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, and competing priorities to support the effective delivery of legal services.
- Assist with financial administration, including processing invoices, preparing payment documentation, and supporting budget-related activities.
- Contribute to a cooperative team environment by managing projects, meeting deadlines, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting compliance with legislative and organisational requirements.

What we’re looking for

- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and confidently with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
- High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in legal documentation, correspondence, data entry, and administrative processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team while exercising initiative, discretion, and sound judgement in a professional environment.

Essential requirements

- Experience in providing legal, clerical and administrative support and client service.
- Current and valid Working with Children Check Clearance.
- National Criminal History Record Check in accordance with the Disability Inclusion Act 2014




- Fingerprint checks are required to be conducted at a Police Station and obtained prior to commencing with the Department.
