We are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our growing team on a part-time basis, working 2–3 days per week.

This role would suit an experienced PM who may be looking to step back from full-time hours while continuing to do what they do best — managing properties, looking after clients and delivering exceptional service.

About the Role

You will take ownership of the day-to-day management of your portfolio and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants.

Your responsibilities will include

- Managing a residential portfolio from commencement to completion
- Maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
- Handling enquiries and providing timely, professional communication
- Managing routine inspections and property condition reports
- Lease renewals, rent reviews and tenant applications
- Monitoring and following up rental arrears
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance and trades
- Liaising with owners, tenants, contractors and suppliers




- Ensuring properties are managed in accordance with WA legislation
- Maintaining accurate property records and documentation
- Providing landlords with a high level of communication and service
- Managing your workload independently and efficiently

About You

You are an experienced Property Manager who doesn’t need to be micromanaged.

You’ll ideally have

- Several years’ residential property management experience
- Strong knowledge of WA residential tenancy legislation
- Relevant WA property management registration/licensing
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Confidence managing difficult conversations and resolving issues
- Excellent attention to detail
- A proactive approach to property management
- The ability to work independently while being a supportive team member
- Experience with property management software and modern technology
