As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to help us attract, identify, interview, and onboard exceptional talent across a wide range of business and technology disciplines.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building high-performing teams, has strong people skills, and understands how to identify both technical capability and cultural fit.

About The Role

As our Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with company leadership and department managers to manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of roles, including:

Technical Roles

- Software Engineers
- Mobile App Developers
- AI & Machine Learning Engineers
- QA Engineers
- UI/UX Designers
- Technical Leads
- DevOps Engineers
- Product Managers

Business & Operations Roles
- Sales Development Representatives
- Business Development Managers
- Marketing Specialists
- Project Managers
- Customer Success Managers
- Finance & Administration Roles
- Executive & Leadership Positions

You will play a key role in helping us build a world-class team that supports our ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies across multiple business functions
- Create compelling job advertisements and candidate outreach campaigns
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Seek, referrals, networking, and other channels
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

Candidate Screening & Assessment
- Conduct phone screenings and first-round interviews
- Assess technical and non-technical competencies
- Evaluate cultural fit and long-term potential
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership

Recruitment Operations





- Manage recruitment pipelines and applicant tracking systems
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
- Prepare candidate summaries and hiring recommendations
- Conduct reference checks and employment verification

Onboarding & Employer Branding
- Assist with onboarding and induction processes
- Help improve candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives
- Support employee engagement and retention activities

What We're Looking For

Essential

- 3+ years experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR
- Experience recruiting both technical and non-technical roles
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Professional and confident approach when dealing with candidates and executives

Highly Regarded

- Experience recruiting within software development, SaaS, technology, digital agencies, or startups
- Understanding of software development roles and technology stacks
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools
- Experience building recruitment processes and talent pipelines
- HR or recruitment qualifications
