About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time team member to join our team and support the daily operations of our store, including food preparation and customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Front of House (FOH): Provide friendly customer service, process POS payments, serve food/beverages, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Back of House (BOH): Prepare and assemble sushi items in accordance with company hygiene and food safety standards.
- Support the team to ensure smooth daily store operations during peak trade.
Shifts, Availability
- Employment Type: Available for Part-Time
- School Term Availability: Able to work 2–3 shifts per week (after-school hours and/or weekends)
- School Holiday Availability: High availability to work 4–5 shifts per week during school holiday periods
- Weekend Availability:
Must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) per week
- Attributes: Reliable, punctual, enthusiastic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- ** No prior experience required — full training is provided!
Requirements
- Part time role, days and hours to be discussed and confirmed with the Restaurant Manager based on business needs
- Casual role with varying weekly shifts based on business needs
- Flexible availability required, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings
- Availability during peak trading periods is highly desirable

Please note: The hourly rate shown below is based on the applicable Adult rate under the Restaurant Industry Award 2020. Junior rates apply separately in accordance with the Award.
