About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our Burpengary Parts Team.
Working closely with workshop technicians, suppliers and customers, you will be responsible for accurately identifying, sourcing and supplying truck parts while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpreting and identifying truck parts requirements
- Assisting internal workshop, trade and retail customers
- Processing parts enquiries via phone, email and over the counter
- Ordering and sourcing parts from suppliers
- Maintaining inventory accuracy and stock control
- Processing parts orders and invoices
- Ensuring parts are supplied accurately and efficiently
- Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Contributing to departmental sales and performance objectives
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous Parts Interpreter experience within automotive, truck, heavy vehicle, agricultural or equipment industries
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer literacy and experience using parts catalogue systems
- A positive attitude and team-first approach
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
Previous truck or dealership experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.

Hours Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings on a rotating roster.
