Range Ford is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our team in Maddington.

As part of Regent Motors Group, Range Ford offers a professional and supportive dealership environment. This is a varied position combining parts sales, customer service, stock control and administration.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Identifying the correct automotive parts and components
- Consulting parts catalogues and dealership systems
- Providing knowledgeable advice to customers and dealership departments
- Receiving, processing and filling parts orders
- Preparing invoices and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinating the storage, handling and dispatch of parts
- Assisting with stock control and inventory accuracy
- Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Working closely with other dealership departments
- Following workplace safety, security and housekeeping procedures

About You

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a parts interpreting or similar automotive role is desirable




- Strong technical aptitude and an interest in automotive parts
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good attention to detail and accurate administration skills
- Robust organisation and time-management abilities
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A professional, reliable and positive approach to work
- A commitment to maintaining a safe and organised workplace
