Your new role
Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, you'll partner closely with leaders across the organisation to provide high-quality strategic and operational HR advice. This is a true business partnering role where you'll support leaders across a broad range of workforce matters including:
- Employee relations and industrial relations
- Performance management and workplace investigations
- Organisational change and workforce planning
- Leadership coaching and capability development
- Policy development and organisational improvement initiatives
- Workforce reporting, analysis and recommendations
- Supporting a positive and compliant workplace culture
You'll have the opportunity to influence decision-making, contribute to strategic workforce initiatives and help drive positive people outcomes across the organisation. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources,
Industrial Relations or a related discipline
- Experience in a HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and employee relations practices
- Experience providing coaching and advice to leaders
- The ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience supporting organisational change, workforce planning or organisational development initiatives
